We believe in prevention and early intervention, treating young people at risk as a resource and a community asset. We are supporters of the positive youth development model to address the needs of youth who might be at risk. Positive youth development does not focus only on the development of individual strengths, but also devotes significant efforts at supporting positive relations between young people and their social- community resources.
